1. Production of hot-rolled titanium plate:

The titanium processing temperature window is narrow. . Laminate rolling is mainly used in the production of wide sheets, while cladding is mainly used in the production of titanium alloy sheets.
2. Production of cold-rolled titanium plates
Titanium plate cold rolling mainly has three characteristics:
1. The work hardening is more significant than that of ordinary metals, and the deformation resistance is large;
2. In the process of cold rolling, the rolls are subjected to great pressure, resulting in large elastic deformation, and the wear is fast, which is prone to uneven deformation, resulting in sheet cracks and uneven size;
3. In order to obtain products with high surface quality, it is required to use rolls with high smoothness and slabs with good surface condition, as well as good lubrication conditions.
3. Production of titanium coils
Coil production is an effective method for efficient and low-cost production of titanium plates, low-alloyed titanium alloy sheets and titanium strips.
