This kit will allow you to properly seal the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head and will never rust or corrode! The NFTI titanium stud kit is made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium and incorporates a hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench.

installation tips:

Exhaust manifold to head torque specification: 18-22 ft-lbs.

It is recommended to use anti-seize agent when installing

Check the clearance on the manifold before ordering. Some manifolds will have less clearance than others. If your manifold has sharp bends straight out of the head flange, we recommend using six point nuts so you can tighten them with an open-end wrench. Twelve o'clock nuts require an enclosed wrench to tighten, and once the stud is in place, there may not be enough room to screw the nut on. Check customs clearance before ordering and you shouldn't have any.
