Grade 2 "commercially pure" titanium foil, >99.6% pure, 0.1-0.13mm thick, available in 4 different widths. Class 2 is widely used in light duty cooktops because it combines excellent formability, moderate strength, light weight and excellent corrosion resistance. This material is used for our furnace bodies and tubes, but also for lightweight windshields, pot lids, or any other backpack tool you can think of.

Titanium has six major characteristics:
1. High strength: The strength/density ratio of titanium is better than other metals, and components with high strength, good rigidity, and light weight can be made from titanium. Titanium is used for aircraft engines, frames, skins, fasteners and landing gear.
2. Anti-corrosion: Compared with stainless steel, titanium alloy has better corrosion effect in humid air and sea water, and titanium has a great ability to resist pitting corrosion, acid corrosion and stress corrosion. Titanium is resistant to corrosion by alkalis, chlorides, chlorinated organic compounds, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid.
3. High temperature resistance: the application temperature of titanium is higher than that of aluminum alloy. Titanium can work for a long time at 450-500℃. Titanium alloy stil has high strength under the working temperature of 150-500 ℃. The working temperature of titanium can reach 500°C.
4. Good thermal conductivity: Titanium is a non-magnetic metal and cannot be magnetized in a large magnetic field, and titanium is non-toxic and compatible with blood, so titanium is used in the medical field.
Titanium foil is mainly used in aerospace, navigation, nuclear power, electronics, chemical industry, petroleum, precision manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical and other fields.
