Oral Swab Description
SW-2625C foam swab is designed as oral sample collection swab. The round foam tip can avoid hurting the oral when collecting sample. Total length 8cm design can be save into the tube easily after collecting the samples. Foam swabs is for PCR detection of most respiratory viruses including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), Rhinoviruses and Enteroviruses (Picornaviridae), Influenza Viruses (Orthomyxoviridae), Parainfluenza, Metapneumoviruses and Respiratory Syncytial Viruses (Paramyxoviridae), Coronaviruses (Coronaviridae) and Bacterial Infections caused by Streptococcus Pneumoniae (Pneumonia) and Streptococcus Pyogenes (Strep Throat). Swabs utilize foam developed polyurethane foam technology that provides an exceptional surface area to capture a maximum quantity of target fluids, while not bonding to those fluids to provide high subject recovery Cleaning processes and validated sterility ensure no background from RNAse and other contaminants for accurate test results
