The advanced FANUC ARC Mate 100iC/8L arc welding robot is designed specifically for arc welding applications. This model in the ARC Mate 100iC series features a 8kg payload and long reach of 2028mm. This specialized engineering allows the 100iC/8L to achieve the highest motion performance in its class. It boasts a lighter and slimmer arm and is more cost efficient than earlier models. The 100iC/8L also brings amazing motion performance with its vibration free positioning and rapid acceleration/deceleration.
Main Features
1. The robot has a rigid arm that is further enhanced with servo technology. This allows the RC Mate 100ic/8L to perform at top speeds, reducing cycle times by as much as 15 percent. FANUC has many additional options available to make this model even more intelligent, including iRVision, collision detection, and coordinated motion.
2. Compatible with existing Fanuc accessories, such as Irvision.
3. Every robot that is purchased through RobotWorx includes the RobotWorx Value Package. If you need the extra reach with a medium payload for your arc welding process, this FANUC Ar cMate 100iC/8L is the perfect fit.
4. The hollow wrist and J3 arm provides for the arc welding harness being routed inside the robot arm.
