Principle
(2) Fruit or vegetable slices were prepared by soaking fruit or vegetable slices in sodium chloride solution for 50 min;
(3) Cooking the fruit or vegetable slices under other additives to prepare the slices;
(4) Drying the fruit or vegetable slices and then softening;
(5) Vacuum packaging the dried fruit.

· Capacity of fresh mango can be customized from 60 Ton/D to 1500Ton/D.
· Birx of mango paste can be designed as customer’s requirement.
· Final mango paste / juice will be filled into aseptic bags in drum. With this kind of package, the shelf time can reach two years in normal temperature.
· All the materials are food standard, the main material is SUS 304 or SUS316. Depends on the requirements.
· Beside aseptic bag filling, we also can provide metal can, small sachet, stand-up pouch, PET/PP container, etc.
· Waste fruit or vegetable from production line can be produced into fertilizer.
