A: Plsease send me detailde to check it we can do.all part can be custom make back and the packing box can be with your logos either.
Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 4-7days .
Q. What is your MOQ can i make cards under your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 500 decks,based on the same design and same size cards.
Yes,we can make cards under 500 decks as requested,but the total cost is same as 500 decks,which makes each deck very expensive and that's why we strongly recommend you order 500 decks.
Q: What is the difference between RGB and CMYK mode?
RGB is the color mode used for display devices such as monitors and televisions, and it is not printable. Computer's monitor uses RGB.
CMYK refers to the 4 inks used by printing presses. C is Cyan, M is Magenta, Y is Yellow, and K is black.
A common mistake made by customers is in providing the file in RGB format when submitting their print job. CMYK mode is required as we need to separate the objects into 4 colors so that a separate printing plate can be made for each of the colors.
Q. How can you ensure the quality inspection?
A. During ordering process, we will make a sample and show for our production department, and we will provide the photos of the bulk finished products before packing.
