3. After-sales service
(1) Once you paid the deposit, we will start the production as soon as possible. When the machine is finished, you can come to check the machine, we will arrange your accommodation and relative schedule. If you don't come, we can test the machine and send you test video. It's no problem.
(2) Our machines have one year guarantee, within one year, if the machine parts has some problem, we will be in charge of the repairing or replace. Also we will deliver the customer some spare parts together with the machine when loading the machine.
(3) If the buyer need overseas debug, we can also send technician to your factory, the customer should undertake all related cost including the accommodation and round-trip ticket of technician: 100 USD/day . The buyer should make sure the safety of technician.
4. FAQ (about our roll forming machine)
4.1:How is this machine's service life?
A:In the normal maintenance,the service life at least 8 years.
4.2:How to maintenance?
A:If using frequently,best coating lubricant on the chain and two ends of the shaft every month, replace the hydraulic oil every 1-2 years.
4.3:What can you do if the machine broken?
A:Our machine's warranty period is 1 year,
if the broken parts can't repair,we can free send the new parts replace the broken parts to you except the solenoid valve,the solenoid valve you must pay the express cost yourself.
if after warranty period,we can through negotiation for to solve the problems,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
