1.Q:How to maintain the machine?
A:Add mechanical lubricating oil to the chains,bearings and sliding track of cutting
device every month.Add mechanical lubricating oil to the reduction box every half a year.
2.Q:What is your machine's working life?
A:In the normal maintenance,using 10 years is no problem.
3.Q:What should I do if the machine is broken?
A:We will post you new spare parts instead of broken parts free of charge within warranty period 12 months.If you need us repair the machine,we can send our technician there serve for you,but your side should bear the costs.We provide the technical support for the whole lifetime.
4.Q:Could you make the machine according to my design drawing or sample?
A: Yes,we are specialized in designing and manufacturing special profile roll forming
machine.Our engineer has over 10 years' experience in this field.
5.Q:How many workers to operate the machine?
A:Only 1-2 workers.
6.Q:What is your payment terms?
Usually our payment terms is T/T,30% deposit in advance,the balance is paid after inspecting
the machine you ordered.L/C is also acceptable for some countries.
7.Q:Are you responsible for the transport?
A:Yes,we can deliver the machine to the port you appointed of your country.We have rich
experience on transport.
8.Q:Could you supply the raw materials?
