Vacuum tungsten coil furnace adopts tungsten coil net as heating elements, pollution-free, mainly used for the heat treatment of ceramic, sapphire glass, zirconia in a vacuum environment. Also used for universities and research centers for mass production.

 

  • Specially designed tungsten net heating and tungsten foil as the thermal insulation scre, the max. temperature can be 2200℃
  • Vacuum system can choose turbo pump, the ultimate vacuum can be 6x10^(-5)Pa.
  • Can inlet N2, Ar, H2, N2, and H2 mixed gas, etc.
