Configuration of SA5000 Hydraulic Road Block System:
The underground built road block system is mainly composed of three parts, which are mainframe, Hydraulic transmission station, electric controller.
1. Mainframe:
The road block mainframe mainly include the flip body or lift body and base composition. The material is 16 mm GB A3 mold steel plate, with strong load-bearing and crash resistance; The mainframe inside have no electricity and power cables, which make the product waterproof and safe. The device is built underground in the lane or the designated location outside the door, controlling the vehicle traffic.
2. Hydraulic transmission station:
Mainly include the fuel tank, manual oil pump, a full set of hydraulic solenoid valve group, high-power motor, oil pump, fuel tank, oil table, oil standard, exterior level device, GB high pressure hydraulic wire and other components. It offer the whole roadblock system power source. The device is installed one side of the roadblock (through the control valve to change the rise and fall rate). In case any power failure, it can be manually placed baffle, also can be manually raised.
3. Electronic controller:
Automatic electronic controller part include controller board, sub-control board, leakage switch, no contact noise high life-time contactor, precision start time set (anti-cylinder stroke in place increasedfuel tank life). It cans set the automatic rise ( with optional built-in loop detector, the pole will release after car pass). The controller box, remote control and manual button, etc. can be operated by the duty officer.
