192 Density PU T0.53mm Die Cut Foam For Mobile Phone and TV

All the thin soft plastic, rubber and metal can be die-cut. The names of them are adhesive tape, PTFE, mylar, EVA, silicon rubber, light diffuser, foam sponge, die cut film, conductive parts, velcro, etc.They are needed in computer, home appliance,optoelectronics, toy, auto, leather product, mobile, commincation product and other machine or equipment. 

PU foam(polyurethane) is created when isocyanate and polyol are reacted. It becomes PU foam when gas is introduced. Large PU foam blocks are cut into  sheets, then diecut to the custom shape. This closed cell foam are strong, durable and do not absorb water, used for many different purposes.

Form densities range from 48-961 kg/cubic meter.
