Microwave chemical reactor

A microwave chemical reactor is a specialized equipment that drives chemical reactions through microwave energy. With its unique heating method and efficient reaction-promoting capability, it is widely used in chemical experiments and industrial production, providing important support for chemical research and improvement of production efficiency.
From the working principle, it generates microwaves with a frequency of approximately 2450 MHz through a microwave generator and transmits them via a waveguide to a microwave resonator. In the reaction system within the resonator, polar molecules (such as those containing hydroxyl or amino groups) will rapidly vibrate and rotate under the action of the high-frequency changing electric field of the microwave field. Intense friction and collision between molecules will convert the microwave energy into heat energy, achieving endogenous heating within the reaction system. At the same time, microwaves may also reduce the activation energy of the reaction through non-thermal effects, further accelerating the reaction.
