Description(Plastic Pipe Production Line)
1. PVC twin pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the UPVC and PVC tube with various pipe diameter and wall thickness such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and drain etc.
2. This set is composed of conical twin-screw extrude, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter,stacker etc.
3.The screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency control device.
4. The pipe diameter range :16-40mm or customers' request.
5. The pvc pipe is mostly used in construction industry water supply, drain, electrical cable coating and underground sweage treatment and so on.
6. Two cavity PVC pipe production line can produce two pipes at one time to achieve high production efficiency.
