Communication Cards for Mitsubishi FX1S, FX1N & FX2N PLC's

Six PCB cards which fit under the front cover on the above PLC's giving additional communication capabilities. Those with part numbers starting with FX1N are suitable for use with FX1S and FX1N PLC's, whilst those with part numbers starting with FX2N are suitable for use with FX2N PLC's. FX1N-232-BD and FX2N-232-BD are used for RS-232C applications, such as communication with a PC, printer or bar code reader. FX1N-422-BD and FX2N-422-BD are used for RS-422 applications, and provide a second programming port which enables an operator panel (or HMI) and a programming panel to be connected to the PLC at the same time. FX1N-485-BD and FX2N-485-BD are used for RS-485 applications, including networking a mixture of up to eight FX1S, FX1N or FX2N PLC's together.

Products in this range are for use with FX1S, FX1N and FX2N PLC, unless specified otherwise. All are DIN rail mount and are 90mm high and 87mm deep. The width varies and is tabled below.

All of the following products, except the Extension Cable, attach directly to the right hand end of the previous unit, block or module using the short integral lead.
