Introduction:
YHZS35 mobile concrete mixing station is concrete mixing equipment that combines the material transportation process and the automatic control system of the traditional fixed concrete mixing station in a single unit. It is better model of railway, bridge, port, and hydro power.

MIXING SYSTEM
Horizontal twin-shaft compulsory mixer has strong mixing ability, it can mix the materials evenly and effectivefy. It can mix concrete with different slumps and raw materials ratio. Its mixing blade and lining board are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy. External shaft end support and special shaft seal ensure the long service life of the mixer.
According to the actual situation, we will equip the equipment with different types of mixers. The pictures are for reference only.
AGGREGATE BATCHING SYSTEM
The automatic aggregate batching system can be equipped with 2-6 aggregate storage bins according to customers' need. The steel-structure store-bunker adopt the fonn of warehouse or half-warehouse and it can also be equipped with sand-moisture measuring instrument. Domestic well-known brand or originally imported parts,microcomputer control,independent weigh- ing(accumulative weighing) completely guarantee high-accuracy weighing.high efficiency and excellent perfonnance.
CEMENT SILO
We adopt very strong and thick cement silo which is split type, thus can largely save sea freight and it is easy to assembly at installation site abroad. There is level meter in the cement silo,indicating the cement level; the arc-breaking system guarantee the discharging fluently.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
The controlling is independently completed by PLC with high reliability. It has various controlling modes like automatic mode,semi-automatic mode and manual mode. Adopted high-accuracy load indicator which is specialty designed for industrial control, it has the advantages of high reliability,high precision^ high efficiency and anti-jamming. The operation is very easy,only one person can complete.
