Hydraulic pump: The mechanical energy transferred from the additional drive shaft is converted into the pressure energy of the

liquid and transmitted to the hydraulic motor.

These trucks are equipped with cylindrical agitating cylinders to carry mixed concrete. During the transportation process, the

mixing drum will always be kept to rotate to ensure that the concrete carrying is not solidified.

It has the advantages of excellent quality, compact structure, good mixing quality and high production efficiency. It can mix

plastic and semi-dry concrete. The products are mainly used for on-site mixing of general construction sites, roads, bridge

projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories. The power can be configured according to the grid voltage

requirements of different regions.

The load is 3 cubic meters. The concrete mixer truck generally adopts a hydraulic pump driven by the automobile engine

through the power output shaft, and then the hydraulic motor drives the mixing drum by the high-pressure oil. When the loading

amount is 9 to 12 cubic meters, the hydraulic pump is driven by the vehicle-assisted diesel engine to drive the hydraulic motor.

The blades are the main components in the agitator, and damage or severe wear can result in uneven mixing of the concrete.

In addition, if the angle of the blade is not reasonable, it will cause the concrete to segregate.

Concrete mixer truck is specially used to transport buildings concrete. During the transportation process, the mixing drum will

always be kept rotating to ensure that all the carrying concrete will not be solidified. In order to prevent the residual concrete

from hardening and the space and volume of the stirring cylinder from occupying, the inside of the stirring cylinder is usually

rinsed with water after transportation.
