Structure details

Aggregate batching system

The 25 mixing station uses PLD800 concrete batching machine, which is composed of feeding mechanism, weighing system, electrical control system and other components. The characteristic is that the feeding mechanism is arranged in the shape of “products”, fed by a belt conveyor, and the weighing method is a lever plus a single sensor, and the measurement is accurate.

Electric control system

The main features of the electronic control system: stable operation and reliable performance; the core electrical components use world-brand products such as French Schneider, and the quality is guaranteed.

Aggregate conveying system
