Nitrogen-Loaded anti-surge valve

Technical Advantages:

The inlet adopts the straight-through design, in conjunction with the optimized design of the olive shuttle disc,which not only reduces the diameter of surge relief valve,but also guarantees the flow capacity of the valve to the greatest extent. The flow capacity is strictly tested by the National pump valve center.


4. Surge relief valve has 2 national patents, covers the entire series of pilot and 
nitrogen-type surge relief valves. It's one of the drafting units of the standard “Surge Relief Valve"(JB/T13769) of the Ministry of Machinery.It has rich design and development experience.


5. It is a member of Saudi Aramco's global supplier network and the only one in China with such pressure relief devices.

6. The structure of the pilot valve has obtained ASME UV certification, and has the unique characteristics of fast opening and holding off. The performance is strictly tested by the national pump valve center.
