LNG Tank truck Cryogenic Loading arms

     LNG Loading and Unloading arm is suitable for loading / unloading LNG (liquid natural gas), ethylene, liquid oxygen and other cryogenic medium. It is broadly applied in LNG plant, adjusting peak station and LNG receiving terminal. The loading arm is made of stainless steel 316L and adopt special cryogenic welding process.The key component is swivel joint, which is treated by cryogenic Nitrogen. The codes and standards of design, manufacture, inspect and test of the arms are EN 1474 1997 Edition (International cryogenic loading and unloading arms standards) and Low release standard (SHELL standard leakage rate of 0.4l/hr)

Features:

• l Each pipeline has five swivel joints, which are made of stainless steel 316L.
• l The upper arm (vapor return) and the lower arm (liquid transferring) are equipped with several high quality cryogenic shut-off valves to facilitate pipeline pre-cooling and purging.
• l Nitrogen purging system is equipped to effectively ensure that the swivel joint will not malfunction due to the freezing of water vapor in the raceway.
• l The outboard arm can be equipped with break-away coupling which can efficiently prevent loading arm from emergency releasing.
• l Medium: LNG, ethylene, Liquid oxygen and other cryogenic medium
• l Diameter: DN50-DN80
• l Design temperature: -196℃~66℃
• l Design pressure: 0.5~2.0MPa
• Nitrogen Pressure for Liquid & Vapor Pipe: 0.4-0.8MPa
• l Nitrogen Pressure for Swivel Joint: 0.05-0.1MPa,0.2m³/h
