Hydraulic Survivor Valve

Features:

● Hydraulic survivor valve is mainly used in pulverized coal gasification process, such as Lurgi process and BGL process, to control pressure increase and pressure relief in the inlet and outlet of the gasifier unit, under work conditions of high content solid particles, high pressure drop, and strong erosion;

● Streamlined body design can effectively reduce the erosion and accumulation of medium in the valve body. Valve trim has various material options, such as ceramic, and cemented carbide;


● By using hydraulic actuator, valve can response quickly with total travel time less than 2 seconds. Its unique mechanical structure can prevent the impact fragmentation.
