Features:

● Eccentric rotating valve is used in applications of strong erosion and medium with high content solid particles, such as process of coal gasification, slurry treatment;


● Flow passage has hardening treatment. Various options of valve trim hardening process (STL welding, WC supersonic flame spraying, Ni60spraying vacuum remelting, the overall STL plug, and plug with mosaic ceramic) can be adopted in applications of erosion requirement;


● High flow capacity with regulating ratio of 100, applicable for large flow state. Integrated metal seal with class V level.
