3A Molecular Sieve for insulating glass/IG can deeply co-adsorb resident moisture and organics in insulating glass, keep the IG clear and transparent even at very low outside temperature, at the same time, prevent the condense of inside vapor. Furthermore, it can resolve the problem of window distortion caused by IG inflation and shrinking under different seasons or temperature changing between day and night. 3A molecular sieve for insulating glass would prolong the life span of IG windows considerably.

Regeneration

Removal of water: dry gas such as nitrogen, air, hydrogen, saturated hydrocarbon, etc. can be used to heat to 150-320℃ and pass into the molecular sieve bed under 0.3-0.5kg/m2 pressure for 3-4 hours, and then to the adsorber Pass in dry cold air for about 2-3 hours, isolate the air and cool to room temperature.
