Product introduction
 
Molecular Sieve adsorbents with a pore size of 5 angstrom (5A), 5A molecular sieves are unable to adsorb any molecules or impurities that are smaller than 5A. A calcium form of type A crystalline structure, this particular sieve is an alkali-aluminosilicate that is most commonly used to separate isomerous alkanes from normal alkanes and to co-adsorb moisture and water along with carbon dioxide from gases. In additional 5A molecular sieves are used for gaseous pressure swing adsorption (PSA)—that is to separate particular gases from other gases. The rate of adsorption sequence for 5A molecular sieves is C3-C14, C2H5CL, C2H5Br, CH3L, C2H5NH2, CH2CL2CH2Br2, CHF2CL, CHF3, CF4, (CH3)NH2, B2H6CF2Cl2, CHFCl2, and CF3Cl.


Scope of application
This kind of sieve absorbs substances at the molecular level. It can absorb up to 22% of its body weight. The adsorption principle is similar to that of chromatography, except that the molecular composition of the substance is not changed.
1. Natural gas drying, desulfurization, and carbon dioxide removal;
2. Separation of nitrogen and oxygen, separation of nitrogen and hydrogen to produce oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen;
3. Petroleum dewaxing, separation of normal hydrocarbons from branched hydrocarbons and cyclic hydrocarbons.

Regeneration
1. Removal of water: it depends on the pressure, temperature and water content of the regeneration gas. Under normal circumstances, the dry gas at 200~350℃ will pass through the molecular sieve bed for 3~4 hours under the pressure of 0.3~0.5kg/cm to bring the outlet temperature to 110~180℃ and cool.
2. Removal of organic matter: replace organic matter with water vapor, and then remove water.
 
Store
Storage: Room temperature, relative humidity not more than 90%; not directly exposed to the air; avoid water, acid and alkali.
Packing: cardboard drum or carton packaging.
Note: Avoid direct exposure of molecular sieve to air.
