The hydraulic vibratory pile driver utilizes high-frequency vibration generated by a motor, transferring vibrational force to the pile. This process liquefies and breaks down the surrounding soil structure, significantly reducing friction. The pile is then driven into or extracted from the ground using the excavator’s force. The vibration is powered by the excavator’s hydraulic motor, which drives two eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed in opposite directions. Horizontal forces cancel each other out, while vertical forces combine to produce powerful vertical-frequency vibration.

The VIBRA vibratory pile hammer transmits high-frequency vertical vibration to the pile body, altering the surrounding soil structure and reducing its strength. This induces soil liquefaction, minimizing friction between the pile and soil. Using the excavator’s downward force—combined with the hammer and pile weight—the pile is sunk efficiently. During extraction, vibration continues as the excavator lifts the pile upward. Required excitation force varies depending on soil type, condition, moisture content, and pile structure.
