Drummed bitumen melting plant (with self heating) components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system, tipping devices, asphalt drum plate, dripping asphalt collect system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, exhaust flue system, diesel oil burner, bitumen pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Features
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure. The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the diesel oil burner as the heating source.
With self double heating systems, easy to be transferred, heating speed fast.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from the other end.
Operation procedure
1. Lifting the Drum
Hoist the barrel, move it horizontally, and place it on the turnover device with the opening facing upward. This ensures no asphalt dripping and minimizes the risk of asphalt pollution.
2. Drum Turnover Mechanism
Previously, manually turning over the barrel led to bitumen dripping, resulting in wastage and pollution when moving the barrel with the opening facing down on the sling way. Our machine, however, employs our own patented bitumen barrel turnover technology, significantly reducing labor intensity and preventing dripping during transfer.
3. Collection Tray
After the barrel is turned over by the turnover device, any liquid bitumen dripping from the barrel is collected by the bottom tray and automatically funneled into the melting tank through a small hole.
4. Bitumen Barrel Plate
The hydraulic pusher doesn't directly push the barrel but instead pushes a square-shaped bitumen barrel plate, avoiding significant resistance, unsatisfactory progress, and deformation of the barrel and rail.
