Descriptions
Bitumen system is composed of bitumen insulation tanks, hot oil heating boiler pump and pipelines, valves, flanges, metal gaskets and other accessories.
Bitumen is storage in insulation tanks, tank is covered by insulation material, there are hot oil coils inside the tanks. Hot oil is heating by oil boiler and go through pipelines, at the same time hot oil transfer the heat to bitumen. So that the bitumen raises to rated temperature.
Tank Components
The equipment consists of 35 m3 horizontal tank, rock wool insulation layer, four transverse bases, heat conducting oil coil in tank, asphalt liquid level meter, asphalt thermometer, manhole, breathing hole, climbing ladder, asphalt import and export, heat conducting oil import and export, sewage outlet.
Features
1. Equipped with inner thermal oil coils, heated by high temperature and low pressure thermal oil, very lower fault rate.
2. By simply using integrated piping circuit, each tank can be used independently, ensuring simple installation and easy operation.
3. Several asphalt storage tanks can use one thermal oil boiler, one asphalt discharging pump and one asphalt supplying pump.
4. Flexible configurations of tank quantities will highly meet your different storage demand.
