The BMM, BMP, BMR, BMH, BMP1, BM1, BM2, and BM3 cycloid hydraulic motors are operated in the optimal state,Now recommended:

• Oil temperature:normal operating oil temperature:20℃60℃, maximum system working temperature:90℃(not more than one hour).
• Filter and oil cleanliness grade: the filter filtration accuracy is 10 ≤ 30 microns, it is best to install magnetic blocks at the bottom of the tank to prevent metal chips from entering the system. The solid pollution grade of working oil shall not be higher than 19 ~ 16.
• Oil viscosity: the kinematic viscosity of oil temperature at 40 ℃ is 42 ≤ 74 mm 2 / s, and the hydraulic oil can be selected according to the actual working and ambient temperature.
• The motor can be used in series or in parallel. When the back pressure is in series or parallel use, the back pressure exceeds 10MPa (the rotating speed is lower than 200rpm). The external outlet must be used to drain the pressure, and it is best to connect the outlet with the fuel tank directly.
• The BMP1, BM2, and BM3 series motors can bear the radial load and can not bear large axial load
• The motor shall select the rated working condition 1/3-2/3 at the best working condition
• In order to make the motor have a long service life, the motor should be operated at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour when loading the motor; in any case, the motor should be filled with oil before loading the motor.
