When replace new pump , it requirements fill up with hydraulic oil inlet position , and turn a half circle direction to pump rotation . The gear pump
inspection shall be done in this side. After installing, check if the connecting head , seal oring , leak oil , leak out of this pipe . Within 20 mins keeping low speed operation when start up machine ; Be assurance pump inlet tube and flange withou air . The machihe will not be operation and burn shaft if pressure insufficient.
