Product Introduce

Fuel injector is a kind of precision device with high machining accuracy, which requires large dynamic flow range, strong anti clogging and anti pollution ability and good atomization performance. The injector receives the injection pulse signal from ECU and controls the fuel injection quantity accurately.
The spray characteristics of injector include atomization size, oil mist distribution, oil beam direction, range and diffusion cone angle. These characteristics should meet the requirements of diesel engine combustion system, in order to make mixture formation and combustion perfect, and obtain higher power and thermal efficiency.

The shell of the fuel injector is made of 20Cr Mo, the heat treatment is carburizing quenching 28 ~ 35hrc, the carburizing depth is 0.8 ~ 1.2mm, and the stainless steel metal shell can withstand high temperature, prevent corrosion and protect other precision parts of the fuel injector to the greatest extent. The injector solenoid valve is made of copper to ensure the accuracy of the solenoid valve. The plunger and needle valve of the fuel injector are made of stainless steel alloy. It ensures long service life, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for a long time.
