installation

1. After the compensator arrives, the following contents need to be checked out of the box:Documents: It is necessary to check whether the models, specifications and technical parameters listed on the compensator's nameplate, certificate of conformity are consistent, and other necessary auxiliary technical documents are complete.Visual inspection: There should be no obvious scratches or sharp indentations on the compensator; there should be no foreign matter inside the compensator (wave trough); the connection port should be intact.Peel off, large drawbars, transport pullbars, and fasteners should be complete.

2. Precautions for lifting and transportation of compensator:When hoisting, special hoisting fixtures or lifting ears should be used. It is strictly forbidden to use transport rods as load-bearing components.The small-caliber compensator without lifting lugs can be tied to the takeover because of its light weight.During transportation and storage, prevent sun and rain, water immersion, and harmful gas corrosion.During transportation and storage, it is necessary to prevent falling and collision, and do not stack them with other items to avoid damage to the corrugated pipe.Bundles should be secured during transportation to prevent movement and rolling.
