Professional zinc plated spiral wound gasket phenolic flange insulation gasket kit designed for industrial applications in oil and gas industries. These gaskets provide effective cathodic isolation and sealing performance for steel flange connections.
- Neoprene faced plain phenolic construction for reliable sealing
- Temperature resistance up to +175°F (+80°C)
- Factory-applied soft neoprene rubber sheets on laminated phenolic retainer
- Available in Type E (Full Face) and Type F (Ring) configurations
- Zinc plated spiral wound gasket for enhanced corrosion resistance
Provides complete protection of both flange faces with same outside diameter as flanges. Prevents collection of foreign matter between flange faces to ensure complete cathodic isolation.
Manufactured to fit only the raised face surface of flanges. Outside diameter is slightly less than the inside diameter of the bolt circle. Recommended to wrap flanges to prevent foreign material from shorting out the flanges.
