G10 TYPE E and TYPE F flange insulation kits provide comprehensive protection for flanged joints against electrolytic corrosion caused by static currents in piping systems. These kits prevent metal-to-metal contact between flanges, stud bolts, and gaskets to ensure complete cathodic isolation.

Gasket Types
Type E - Full Face Gasket
This gasket kit provides complete protection of both flange faces. The gasket has the same outside diameter as the flanges, preventing collection of foreign matter between flange faces to ensure complete cathodic isolation.
Type F - Raised Face Gasket
Manufactured to fit only the raised face surface of flanges. The outside diameter is slightly less than the inside diameter of the bolt circle. Recommended to wrap flanges to prevent foreign material from "shorting out" the flanges.
Type RJ - Ring Type Joint Gasket
Specialized ring-type joint gasket designed for specific flange configurations requiring enhanced sealing performance.
