Lead content with reference to EPA method 3050B: 1996

Cadmium content-with reference to BS EN1122:2001 method B

Mercury content-with reface to EPA 3052:1996

Hexabalent chromiu content-with reference to EPA3060A & EPA7196A

Analysis was performed by atomic absorption spectrometer and inductively coupled plasma

atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES) UV-VIS spectrophotometer.

Electrical Test:

B. Dielectric with standing 500 Volts AC.

C. Insulation Resistance: 500 mega ohms.

D. Termination Resistance: 35 mega ohms.

Goldplate Inspection:

Per MIL-G-45204C, TYPE Ⅱ(99% pure gold minimum) Grade C+(knoop hardness range 130-250) class Ⅰ(50 micro inches minimum thickness)
