Single girder gantry crane is a kind of track traveling mid-light type crane, used together with CD, MD, HC model electrical hoist, according to the shape, it also divided into MH type and MHLP type gantry crane.
 
MH type single girder gantry crane has box type and truss type, the former has good techniques and easy fabrication, the latter is light in dead weight and strong in wind resistance. For different usage, the MH gantry crane also has cantilever and non-cantilever gantry crane.
 
If you have cantilevers, the crane can load the goods to the crane edge through the supporting legs, which is very convenient and high efficiency.
 
MHLP type single girder gantry crane is L-type partial hanging gantry crane, with small size and light-duty, special for putting steel pipes, girders, or other long materials into the special place, widely used in steel plant, concrete girder yard.
 
Construction features
 
1. Metal part
 
This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam.
 
The main beam and lower beam are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.
 
The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange plate of the main beam.
 
For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20 bolts to become one.
 
2. Electric hoist
