Brakes for all the drives are generally AC electro hydraulic
Thruster brakes or electro magnetic Shoe/disc type brakes according to the application or client requirement
Supported on anti-friction thrust bearings, hook are of either shank or rams-horn type
Sheave pulleys are made of malleable cast iron or fabricated, conforming to IS 3815
Cranes can be controlled either by pendant/cabin/radio remote or combination of any of these
The main electrical components are housed in a sheet steel enclosure, located conveniently for easy maintenance
Standard protection devices includes overload and short circuit protection
Girder designs are perfected using the latest advanced Auto CAD design software
Girders are carefully designed using fresh tested steel plates to IS: 2062 Gr
Obtained directly from the main steel producers, A or B are cut cut to size using the latest CNC profile cutting machines and welded using advanced welding practices
