Product structure design
 
1. Operation mechanism of Crane
It is mainly composed of the lower beam and the trolley, among which the trolley is composed of the active wheel group and the driven wheel group, and the operating mechanism includes the motor, reducer, gear and wheel group and other components.
2. The leg
Using section steel as the material, and then welded into a cage structure, the lower end and the lower beam connection, the upper end and the main beam bolts through the flange connection.
3. The cabin room
The frame is made of section steel, the shell is welded on the frame with thin steel plate.
 
The driver's cab is sealed with broken lines, and the electrical appliances, power distribution cabinets and circuits of the control mechanism are generally located in the driver's room.
4. The main girder
Section steel is welded to the steel plate, generally welded into a truss triangle, on the main beam, and trolley running rail.
5. Trolley operation mechanism
The main components are similar to the running mechanism of the big car.
 
The motor is driven by the reducer, and the small gear on the reducer is transferred to the big gear, so as to realize the round trip of the small car.
6. Lifting mechanism
