ASTM B381 Gr23 Titanium Forged Disc for Implants
This disc is forged from titanium to ASTM B381 in Grade 23 and machined to the required dimensions with a metal grey finish. It is also supplied in Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 7, Grade 9 and Grade 12, and the forged structure gives high strength, good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance for dental implant and precision engineering parts.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
Titanium cake and forged discs have high strength, good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance, and are widely used for aircraft engine compressor parts and aircraft structural parts. Titanium alloy is also used as a building material for exterior wall skin, curtain wall decoration, roofing, columns, monuments, signs, doors, railings and pipes where corrosion prevention matters. Titanium alloy has a natural lustre, its surface can be oxidized to give different colours, and the material can generally be used at temperatures up to 600 C.

Discs are forged and CNC machined under ISO9001:2015 with TUV and SGS certification. Diameter, thickness and grade can be customized, monthly capacity is 10000 kg and orders are normally delivered within 15-20 working days.
