Gr2 Pure Titanium Forged Ring Bright Surface
This titanium ring is forged from Gr2 titanium and finished with a cold rolled bright surface. The ring is light, strong and free of the porosity that can form in cast parts, so it holds up under load and repeated use. Titanium resists corrosion in chlorides, sea water and many acids, stays non-magnetic and keeps its strength at elevated temperature. Purity is above 99.7% and the color is silver gray. The ring can be machined or rolled to the customer drawing and is supplied in several titanium grades for different service conditions.

Applications
The forged ring is used where a light, strong and corrosion resistant circular part is needed. Common uses include pipe and flange seals, pump and valve components, heat exchanger parts, marine hardware, chemical handling equipment and general engineering. Because the ring can be machined or rolled to the customer drawing and supplied in several grades, it can be matched to the strength and corrosion needs of each job. Rings are packed in wooden cases for export, with the bright surface protected against scratches in transit.
