This Ti6Al4V titanium rod, also called a titanium round bar, is a polished and forged product made to ASTM B348, ASTM F67, ASTM F136 and AMS 4928. It is supplied in diameters from 0.8 mm to 500 mm and lengths from 500 mm to 6000 mm, in cold rolled (Y), hot rolled (R) or annealed (M) status. Titanium and its alloy have a density of only 4.51 g/cm3, about 60 percent of steel, so the rod is light while keeping high specific strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The surface is polished without cracks or pittings, and both ends are flat to keep the length tolerance accurate and the finish clean. It is widely used in the industrial and machinery fields as well as for medical applications where F67 or F136 grade material is required.

The rod has a polished surface free from cracks and pittings, and the two flat ends keep the length tolerance tight and give a clean appearance.
