GR1 GR2 Titanium Flange ANSI B16.5 ASME B16.5 Titanium 50mm
Titanium flanges are precision components crafted from non-ferrous titanium or titanium alloys, designed to connect pipes securely at their ends. These connections can be established through casting, threading, or welding processes. A standard flange assembly consists of two matching flanges, a gasket, and multiple bolts with nuts. When tightened, the nuts apply specific pressure to the gasket, causing it to deform and fill any irregularities in the sealing surfaces, creating a leak-proof connection.
