Gr4 Titanium Sheet 0.8mm ASTM B265 Cold Rolled
This 0.8mm Gr4 titanium sheet is produced to ASTM B265 in a cold rolled straight shape with a polished or acid washed surface. Titanium sheets do not need a separation agent, so pollution of copper electrolyte can be avoided, and the electrolytic copper produced from titanium plate has a dense crystal structure and a smooth surface. The service life of titanium plate is more than 3 times that of copper plate — typically 10 to 20 years depending on operating conditions — while being about half the weight of copper plate.

Applications & Titanium Advantages
This titanium sheet is used for electrolytic copper cathode plates and other corrosion resistant duties. Titanium forms an oxide film that acts as a good wear resistant separation agent, so the plate is easy to peel and the pre-treatment process can be eliminated, improving production capacity and reducing the production cost of electrolytic copper. Titanium is about half the weight of copper, which further lowers handling effort.
