Titanium Grade 7 plate is a corrosion-resistant alpha-titanium alloy with similar mechanical properties to commercially available high-purity grades. A small amount of palladium is added to improve corrosion resistance especially in mineral acids and strong saltwater.
Petrochemical industry, pressure vessel, electroplating equipment and instruments, medical treatment, sporting goods, titanium spectacle frame (TB5), titanium watch (TC4/TA2).
Such as: through the rolling plate equipment to be welded into a pressure vessel cylinder (shell), through the drawing equipment to make titanium mesh plate, used in the production of electroplating industry commonly used titanium mesh basket.
Medical ASTM F136 titanium plate are used in many difficult applications in medical treatment, implants and dentistry. The titanium plate was chosen because of its unique combination of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, biocompatibility and higher temperature performance.
