Polished Titanium Welding Flange ISO Certified

This titanium welding flange uses a welding connection so it can be joined to a pipe end, giving a firm and leak free joint on pipelines and process equipment. The polished surface removes oxide and tool marks, which helps the gasket seat evenly and reduces the risk of crevice corrosion at the joint. Titanium resists chlorides, sea water and many acids, keeps its strength at elevated temperature and weighs about half as much as steel, so the flange suits demanding industrial service. It can be cast, forged or machined and supplied in a customized size to match the customer drawing.

Applications

The flange is fitted where a pipe or vessel must be joined permanently and safely. Typical uses include process plant piping, desalination and water treatment lines, oil and gas service, chemical handling equipment, marine hardware and general engineering that needs a light, strong and corrosion resistant connection. Because the size and surface finish can be produced to the customer drawing, the flange can be matched to existing pipework and gasket standards. Each batch is checked for dimensions and surface quality before packing in wooden cases or pallets for export.
