DIN2501 Gr2 Titanium Plate Flange PN10 DN10-1000
LHTi makes this DIN 2501 titanium plate flange in Grade 2, and also in Gr1, Gr5, Gr7 and Gr12. A plate (blank) flange has a flat design with no raised sealing face and a thicker body than other flange types, which gives enough strength and rigidity for bolt attachment and sealing. It is aligned with the pipe or equipment port and fixed with bolts through pre-drilled holes, using a full-face gasket to cover the whole surface and prevent leakage. Because the flat design simplifies alignment and the machining cost is lower, plate flanges suit low to moderate pressure pipeline systems.
