Our titanium plate flanges are available in three premium grades:
Grade 1 (Commercially Pure Titanium, CP Ti)
- Most ductile and softest titanium alloy
- Excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments
- Ideal for chemical processing, marine, and aerospace applications
Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
- High strength with low density
- Excellent corrosion resistance and heat-treatable properties
- Preferred for aerospace components, turbine blades, and offshore equipment
Grade 7 (Ti-0.2Pd)
- Superior corrosion resistance in reducing environments
- Excellent performance against chlorides and corrosive media
