Production Information

A titanium flange is a component made from titanium or titanium alloy that connects pipes together at their ends. It features holes for bolts that secure two flanges tightly, with gaskets used to ensure a leak-proof seal. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings that include flanges. These flanges can be manufactured through casting, screw connections, or welding. A flange joint consists of two flanges, a gasket, and bolts and nuts. The gasket, placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges, deforms under pressure from the tightened bolts, filling surface irregularities and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
