Grade 5 titanium (Ti6Al4V) is the most widely used titanium alloy, containing about 90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, which give it remarkable strength and corrosion resistance. Our Gr5 titanium alloy bar is available in grades tailored to industrial, medical and aviation needs; while the chemical compositions are similar, their physical properties differ to suit a wide range of applications. Bars are supplied annealed with a CNC machined and polished surface in diameters of 5mm to 50mm and lengths up to 6000mm.
