Titanium Welded Bar GR1 to GR7 Customized Size

This titanium welded bar is supplied in commercially pure grades from GR1 to GR7 and in welded, cold rolled or hot rolled form. The bar keeps a high strength to weight ratio, resists corrosion in chlorides, sea water and many acids, and stays non-magnetic. Its tolerance is held to plus 0.1 mm and the size is cut to the buyer drawing, so it can go straight to machining or forming. Diameter, length and surface finish follow the customer requirement, and the bar can be delivered bright or as welded.

Applications

The bar suits a wide field of engineering. Grade 2 and Grade 5 bar are used for chemical and process equipment, marine hardware and aircraft parts, while the stronger grades are chosen where parts must be machined from solid.
