EN 1092-1 is a European standard for flanges and flange fittings that defines dimensions, pressure ratings, and design specifications for industrial piping systems. These flanges must meet rigorous requirements for strength, sealing performance, and corrosion resistance.
The Plate Flange design features a flat-faced surface (without raised face), ideal for simple connections where gasket sealing occurs between mating surfaces.
Designed for 10 bar (145 psi) pressure conditions, these flanges are ideal for moderate pressure applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance.
Available in three titanium grades with varying strength and corrosion resistance properties:
- Grade 1 Titanium: Excellent corrosion resistance for marine/chemical applications with moderate strength
- Grade 2 Titanium: Superior corrosion resistance with higher strength than Grade 1, ideal for marine/chemical/aerospace applications
